Where can Rover’s Edge products be used in?
Rover’s Edge products are to be used commercially in pet grooming salons and veterinary clinics.
I lost my user manual. Where can I access the user manual?

If I receive a product that is defective or missing parts, what should I do?

About Shipping
How is my order shipped?
All orders will be shipped by Purolator or Day and Ross standard ground shipping across Canada and continental USA. Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 business days depending on the destination.
Where is my order and when will it arrive?
Once an order is placed, a tracking number from Purolator or Day and Ross will be provided by customer support. You can track your order using the tracking number.
Do you ship to outside of Canada and USA?
If you are ordering from outside of Canada and continental USA, please contact service@roversedge.com for cost and details.
What is the return policy?
If customers are unsatisfied with their products or would like to return their products for whatever reason, please contact service@roversedge.com within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Products must be in brand new condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements and charges. If products are missing parts or are defective, please contact service@roversedge.com for a full refund or exchange at no cost.

About Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
The two-year limited warranty covers any defects in the unit including the motor, materials, parts and workmanship. The unit will be replaced at no cost to the customer for parts and labour. Please contact the customer support team at service@roversedge.com for any questions on warranty. The warranty does not cover any defect, failure or malfunction due to human error, normal wear and tear, or misuse by the user. Warranty is void if the unit has been altered in any manner or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
What happens if my product encounters issues but the standard warranty has passed?

About Our Brand
Who is Rover’s Edge and how it got started?
Rover’s Edge is a Canadian small business founded by engineer Yok Chi. Yok's partner, Shan Yu is a professional dog groomer. The couple has been dog owners most of their lives, so not only do they understand pet care electronics from the commercial side, but they also understand from the needs of pet owners and professional groomers.
Yok has always been the designated repairman for Shan Yu’s equipment, and through disassembling and repairing her equipment, Yok identified many areas such as ergonomics, motor design, air speed and ease of maintenance, all of which could be improved, and hence Rover’s Edge was born.
Why do I see the company name Teemotec Inc. on my Rover’s Edge products?
Rover's Edge is a division of Teemotec Inc., which is the parent company of the Rover's Edge brand.
